The Minneapolis Final Four set an all-time attendance record for an event at U-S Bank Stadium when more than 71-thousand people watched the Saturday semifinal games. And, Virginia star player De’Andre Hunter noticed:

“It was amazing, I honestly didn’t think it was going to be full, because it was about 30 minutes before the game started and it was half full but by the time we came back out it was completely packed and it was just crazy just seeing all those people there watching the game.”

Virginia beat Auburn, while Texas Tech knocked out Michigan State. The Cavaliers and Red Raiders play in tonight’s (Monday’s) national championship game at 8:20 PM.
