Le Suer County Sheriff Brett Mason would like to invite you to come out this weekend for the 37th Annual Posse Trail Ride that is put on by the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse!

The weekend kicks off with the Ranch Rodeo on Friday night starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Le Sueur County Fairgrounds. Horses and riders will be competing in cattle events, breakaway roping, sorting, penning and trailer load. Admission to the Ranch Rodeo is free. There will be concessions available at the ranch rodeo with some great food including barbecue ribs, chicken, pulled pork and more!

For those of you looking to join the trail ride on horseback the ride will begin at noon on Saturday, June 15th from the Le Sueur County Fairgrounds. Trail ride registration opens on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. After the ride, there will be a chicken dinner served for the riders between 5:30-6:30 p.m. Following dinner, the dance will start around 7:30 p.m.

On Sunday, June 16th a shorter trail ride starts at noon and will last for a couple of hours. You can register for either ride on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. or arrive at the fairgrounds several hours before the last ride on Sunday to register.
