Four people were injured in a two-vehicle accident around noon yesterday in Waseca County. The Minnesota State Patrol says a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Cayla Mingo of Waseca lost control on Waseca County Road 11, which was ice and snow-packed, entered an intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Patrick Milks of Wells. Authorities say Milks’ vehicle entered the ditch and rolled onto its roof. Milks and three passengers, 85-year-old Lawrence Cooper of Wells, 81-year-old Lena Cooper of Wells and 12-year-old Victoria Hinastoza, were all taken by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato with non-life threatening injuries.
