The Highway 14 and 15 bridge over the Minnesota River in New Ulm will re-open (Wednesday). Mn-DOT says the bridge will be open to traffic by (Wednesday) afternoon. Crews will return to complete aesthetic work in the spring, but MN-Dot says no detours will be needed at that time.
