The Minnesota Grocers Association (MGA) is asking consumers to shop smart amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“You know what I think is so important, front and center for all of our customers and neighbors to know is that they need to be calm and mindful that there will be groceries and supply chain will get us through this.”

MGA President Jamie Pfuhl (pool) is urging consumers not to overbuy. She says that may prevent other customers from being able to provide for their families. She’s asking shoppers to give grocery store team members a “thumbs up”–because they’ve been working hard to make things go as smoothly as possible.
