Willmar Police Chief Jim Felt says bars and restaurants have been doing a great job during the shutdown. He says they did have to conduct a couple of compliance checks but in the end, all was good:

“Part of the Governor’s order was that no more than five people could be in the business placing an order for food, they had to be six feet apart. That business was an absolute model of how to do it because they had somebody monitoring it, they had footprints on the floor in there. They had chairs arranged so people couldn’t physically get closer than six feet from each other.”

It goes into effect at midnight.
