The Minnesota Department of Transportation says Highway 93 between Highway 169 and Henderson remains closed due to flooding from the Minnesota River. MnDOT officials say their representatives, along with area law enforcement, are closing monitoring Highway 19 between Highway 169 and are considering a potential closure later this week. State officials say anyone traveling on a closed highway can be fined up to one thousand dollars and put in jail up to 90 days. MnDOT adds if travelers need to be rescued from a closed road, other expenses and penalties will apply.
