122 COVID-19 patients in Minnesota are currently in intensive care according to the Minnesota Department of Health. Commissioner Jan Malcom provides some context to the numbers.

“We have seen a slow but steady increase in the number of intensive care cases,” said Malcom. “But there is a lower percentage of those hospitalized in ICU then we saw a couple of weeks ago.”

MDH says 292 coronavirus patients remain hospitalized and 48 percent of those who’ve contracted COVID-19 have recovered.
