A Nicollet man is arrested for allegedly looting the T Mobile store in Mankato. The incident happened at the end of May following protests of the death of George Floyd.
The criminal complaint says 33-year-old Michael Conerly Sr. was one of nine suspects who were seen on surveillance video.
Court records say damage to T Mobile is estimated at $3,000 and that about $500 worth of goods were stolen.
The complaint alleged that Conerly threw a rock at the windows.
He is charged with one felony count of first-degree damage to property and one misdemeanor count of third-degree riot.
