A coalition of groups is hosting a march, rally and voter fair Wednesday under the banner of “We Make Minnesota”. JaNae Bates with Faith in Minnesota says the focus of the event is:

“The importance of voting, how it’s actually our people power, it’s our voice and making sure that every singly Minnesotan who is able to be a voter, is actually able to partake in this multi-racial Democracy that we’re building.”

Bates notes that social distancing and mask-wearing are required at the event, which begins with a Voter Fair at the Education Minnesota parking lot, followed by a march to the State Capitol for a rally.
