(St. Paul, MN)  —  The mask mandate in St. Paul is ending today.  Mayor Melvin Carter announced the change yesterday just hours after Minneapolis said their mask mandate would come to an end.  The mayor said it wouldn’t make sense to try to enforce an order which Minneapolis ended.  City officials are still encouraging residents to get vaccinated.  So far, over 70-percent of Ramsey County residents age 12 and over have received at least one dose.
