(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says it doesn’t have video of last week’s deadly shooting of Winston Smith Junior. Smith was killed by U.S. Marshals on top of a parking garage in Uptown Minneapolis during an arrest attempt. Smith was wanted on weapons charges. Anyone with video of the shooting is asked to call the BCA.
