— Kelly Clarkson can call herself single. A judge declared both Clarkson and her estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, legally single amid ongoing divorce proceedings. The couple got married in October 2013 and announced their divorce in July 2020. A judge granted the singer temporary custody of the couple’s two children.

— Brett Young is releasing a Christmas album. It’s called ‘Brett Young & Friends Sing the Christmas Classics.’ The album includes eight well-known Christmas songs sung with country music’s biggest stars. It’s due to be released on October 22nd.

— Ashley McBryde is detailing the horse-riding accident last week that caused her to postpone a few of her shows. The singer says her foot slipped from the stirrup, and she went forward. McBryde had a large cut in her scalp that required stitches, as well as a concussion. She says the fall caused her to postpone her September 25th and 26th shows, but as soon as she can walk across the stage again, that’s where you’ll find her.

— Kane Brown is apologizing after his show in Tupelo, Mississippi was canceled for a second time. The Bancorp South Arena announced the concert was canceled around 7:20 Saturday night, shortly before it was set to begin. The venue cited “unforeseen maintenance issues.” Kane Brown reached out to fans, saying he was ready to perform when he got the message. This is the second time the concerted has been rescheduled. It was originally due to take place last August 2020.
