(Plymouth, MN)  —  A Chicago man accused of a deadly shooting on Highway 169 in Plymouth may have pointed a gun at other drivers.  Hennepin County prosecutors filed a motion in court this week claiming Jamal Smith had a pattern of threatening behavior before the incident on July 6th.   The defendant is charged with second-degree intentional murder in the death of 56-year-old Jay Boughton on Highway 169.  Smith remains behind bars on one-point-five-million dollars bail and is expected back in court on October 11th.
