(St. Paul, MN) — The second person charged in this week’s deadly shooting at a Saint Paul bar appears in court. Terry Brown of Saint Paul appeared on one count of second-degree murder and eleven counts of attempted murder Wednesday and was ordered held on ten-million dollars bond. He and Devondre Phillips of Las Vegas have both been charged in connection with the Sunday morning shooting that killed one person and injured more than a dozen others. They’ll be booked into the Ramsey County Jail once they’re released from the hospital.
