— Chris Stapleton is forced to reschedule a few upcoming shows. The country music superstar has been dealing with laryngitis, and his doctor wants him to rest for a few more days. Back-to-back stops at Nashville’s Bridgestone Area have been pushed to December, and Stapleton’s concert in Cincinnati this week is also postponed.

— Chris Janson is out with the music video for his latest song. “Bye Mom” was co-written by Brandon Kinney. The music video showcases Kinney’s real-life story — his wife plays the role of his mother, and his children play the roles of his younger self. Janson says the song is all about “going through the different stages in life and feeling that special kind of unconditional love.”

— Happy birthday to Kane Brown. The country music star is 28-years-old. He was born on October 21st, 1993. Kane Brown is currently on his Blessed & Free Tour. He has a break today, but tomorrow, he’s headed to New Orleans.

— The 2021 iHeart Country Music Festival is returning this month with a superstar lineup. Blake Shelton, Toby Keith and Little Big Town are just a few of the performers who will take the stage on October 30th. The festival is returning to the Frank Erwin Center in Austin. Tickets are on sale now.

— It seems Swedish House Mafia will headline Coachella 2022 next April. The EDM group reunited in 2018 with bigger plans for 2020, until COVID happened. Maren Morris, Brandi Carlile and Brothers Osborne are just a few of the artists who will headline the sister festival, Stagecoach, on the last weekend in April.

–Jon Pardi tells Fox News that he feels more confident when he wears his cowboy hat. “I would describe my hat like Eric Church’s sunglasses. Like, he felt comfortable in the sunglasses. That was his as an artist and sometimes you need that one little thing to put you through because you are the entertainer and you have the swagger. And that’s where that cowboy hat comes in too.”
