(Minneapolis, MN) — A Golden Valley man is facing charges after fatally shooting a person following a car accident in Minneapolis. Police say 36-year-old Robert Hall was charged with two counts of second-degree murder among other charges for the death of a good samaritan last Friday. According to reports, Hall allegedly crashed into another vehicle and attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by three bystanders including the victim. Hall was physically resisting, and during the struggle allegedly shot the victim in the chest, killing them. Hall’s first court appearance is today at 1:30 p.m.
