The Salvation Army, HyVee and the the charitable foundation run by Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen and his wife Caitlin are teaming up to provide 200 Thanksgiving dinners to Minnesota families in need. Dan Furry with the Salvation Army says efforts like this can make all the difference this time of year.
“The Thielen foundation is a great partner. This is the fourth year we have done this. For those families who are suffering this brings a little semblance of hope.”
Furry says the 200 dinners will help feed as many as two-thousand people.
