(Minneapolis, MN)  —  Two people are facing murder charges following the death of a pregnant woman in Minneapolis.  Hennepin County court documents state that 27-year-old Jade Rissell and 42-year-old Shannon Michael Benson have been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a woman who was seven months pregnant on November 8th.  According to reports, Rissell admitted to luring the victim to a trailer, assaulting her with brass knuckles and then moving the body to a trailer on 35th and Hennepin to burn it with the help of Benson.  It’s unclear what led to the incident and if the duo will face additional charges for the death of the baby.  If convicted, Benson and Rissell could face up to 40-years in prison.
