(Nashville, TN) — Thomas Rhett says he feels pretty optimistic about the New Year. In 2022, the reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year plans on dropping two new albums — ‘Were We Started,’ and ‘Country Again: Side B.’ T-R tells his record label “it’s going to be a great year to get back on the road with new friends” and new music. While he hasn’t announced a 2022 tour yet, he has three shows on the books already. They include the Tortuga Music Festival, Stagecoach and a Coliseum stop with Old Dominion.

(Undated) — Ashley Monroe is wrapping up her last chemo treatment for a rare form of blood cancer. The Pistol Annies singer shared her diagnosis with fans over the summer. She quickly started her treatments and finished her last round yesterday. Monroe shared a video on social media and captioned it, “Ring a ling, a ling, a ding, dong, ding… My last chemo is done! Merry Christmas everyone.”

(Los Angeles, CA) — Brad Paisley will step in for Ellen DeGeneres this month. He’ll host the Emmy-award-winning talkshow on December 29th. Paisley has appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” several times, but this will be his first time hosting. His guests will include Cary Elwes, from “A Castle for Christmas” and “The Princess Bride, and Tori Kelly from “Sing 2” and author of children’s book “The Curly Girl Blues.”

(Las Vegas, NV) — Garth Brooks is announcing a two-night run in Las Vegas. He’s calling it “The One Man Show.” It’ll take place at Dolby Live at Park MGM February 4th and 5th. Tickets go on sale December 22nd.

(Undated) — Carly Pearce is sharing one of her favorite Christmas memories. The CMA Female Vocalist of the Year says there were a few houses on her grandma’s street growing up that locked like Griswold’s house. She said one of them even featured Santa and Mrs. Claus, who would sit outside and hand out hot cocoa to the kids.
