The Highwomen Have Reached No. 1 On The Country Charts

Country supergroup The Highwomen, consisting of legendary female artists Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Amanda Shires, and Natalie Hemby, have seen their debut album hit the top of Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The album also reached Number 10 on the Billboard 200, a chart that includes all genres and rarely sees country music in its top 10. Brett Young to Release New Music

Brett Young is set to return with new music. After taking a break in 2018 following his marriage to wife Taylor and desire to focus on family, Young is itching to get back into the studio. When talking to Taste Of Country, Young said that his new music will stay true to his desire to write about his life, as he “doesn’t know how to write about something he isn’t actually going through.” He recently released The Acoustic Session EP, which featured five songs off of his Ticket to LA. Jason Aldean Is Going Back On Tour In 2020

Seasoned country music veteran Jason Aldean has announced a new series of concerts for early 2020. The "We Back" tour is expected to commence on Jan. 30th, with country artists Morgan Waller, Riley Green, and Dee Jay Silver to join him for most tour dates. Country star Miranda Lambert has just released a new song, and it's a cover of the classic rock song 'Fooled Around And Fell In Love', originally by rocker Elvin Bishop. On this cover, Lambert collaborates with a plethora of artists that are joining her on the Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour 2019. With Caylee Hammack, Tenille Townes, Maren Morris, Elle King, and Ashley McBride, this song puts an all-female spin on the classic 70's track. Little Big Town is back at it again - this time with a new song about heartbreak and going to the bar. "Over Drinking" is the new single from the four-piece, and it is in anticipation of their just-announced ninth studio album 'Nightfall', out January 17th. Florida Georgia Line Almost Had Two Fruits for A Name

Orange Peach was almost the name of the band known now as Florida Georgia Line. While Georgia is known for its peaches and Florida is famous for its oranges, the members of FGL thought that would be an ideal name for their band.
