— Country music superstar Carrie Underwood will return to the stage at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. She’s set to perform on October 23rd. In-person tickets are still available. Folks can also watch a live broadcast on the Circle Network.

— We’re still not sure who’s hosting the 2021 CMA Awards. However, “Billboard” confirms it’s not veteran host Reba McEntire. The icon shared in a recent interview that she will not be hosting, quote, “to my knowledge.” The association says it will be announcing the host soon. The 2021 CMA Awards are just five weeks away.

— Kelly Clarkson is releasing a Christmas album this month. ‘When Christmas Comes Around’ drops October 15th. It includes a song collaboration with Chris Stapleton called, “Glow.” Clarkson will also include her 2020 duet with Brett Eldridge, “Under the Mistletoe.”

— Chris Young is going on tour this month. The star’s “Famous Friends Tour” kicks off on October 21st in Little Rock. It wraps up on December 5th in Connecticut. Mitchell Tenpenny and Callista Clark will serve as support. The show will run thru Rochester at the Mayo Civic Center on November 5th. Tickets are on sale now. The tour is in support of Young’s album with the same name.
