— Maren Morris is surprising fans with a new album. “Humble Quest” drops on March 25th. It features eleven tracks, including Morris’ latest single, “Circles Around This Town.” “Humble Quest” is her third studio album.

— Luke Bryan is on vocal rest until his Crash My Playa festival next week. The singer’s wife, Caroline, says he was put on vocal rest after “excessive screaming” during the College Football Playoff national championship game Monday night. Bryan is apparently a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan. Crash My Playa takes place January 19th through the 22nd in Riviera Cancun, Mexico. Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Jimmie Allen and Ashley McBryde will also perform.

— The premiere of Trace Adkins’ upcoming FOX TV drama, “Monarch,” is delayed due to COVID. The singer plays Albie Roman, the reigning King of Country Music. “Monarch” was set to debut on January 30th. The network says the show will now launch in the fall.

— Cam and her three-year-old daughter, Lucy, are recovering from COVID. The singer shared their diagnosis with fans on Instagram yesterday. She says they were “down and out hard for three days,” and the symptoms were “not mild at all.” Jason Isbell, Zac Brown an Brett Eldredge also recently caught the virus.

— Thomas Rhett is announcing the release of his seventh studio album. “Where We Started” drops April 1st. The 15-song project includes his current single, “Slow Down Summer.” It follows “Country Again: Side A,” which was released last April. “Country Again: Side B” is expected to be released in the fall.
